Authentication systems

Authentication is a process of determining whether a subject's identity is what it is declared to be. Authentication systems are used both in corporate solution environment (employee's identity verification) and in the public internet environment (access to web portals). MONET+ has a long standing experience in both areas and has successfully combined its technologies to cover customers' requirements.

CASE

CASE authentication server enables deployment of two-factor authentication methods (which use one-time passwords) to authorize requests in private networks (VPN, privileged user accounts) and online services (portal solutions, online applications, incl. cloud services like Google Apps, Microsoft Office 365 etc.).

Key features

  • All security-sensitive operations are done by the cryptographic core.
  • Open standard makes it easy to implement the system in the existing IT infrastructure.
  • Convenient to secure one application, but it can also be deployed in multi-application environments.
  • Authentication functions can be easily extended with modules for federated identities to ensure the principle of single signing (single sign-on - SSO).

Electronic payments in public transport

Loyalty schemes

SmartShop platform has long been developed by Monet+ for non-banking payment systems and loyalty schemes, or a combination thereof. It is a robust and secure platform which can implement various private systems, typically in retail.

In-house development enables us to customize the solution. Any Smart device (telephone/tablet on the Android, iOS, Windows Mobile platform) or a smart card reader (magstripe and contactless) may become an accepting device. The existing network of payment bank terminals can be used.

SPECIAL SECURITY SYSTEMS

The Cyber Security Act, Classified Information Act and other applicable legislations set out strict security requirements for critical infrastructure components. In order to make this infrastructure secure, we build specialized certification authorities, implement our code in hardware resources, and develop special security features according to the customer's needs. Experience with NFC services and mobile operating systems (Android, Windows Phone).
